Aqueous coating is an environmentally friendly economical solution for over all gloss, dull or Soft Touch look. Applied on-line on the printing press, it's water based, dry through. oxidation and protects the printed surface. It's available in Gloss, Dull and a velvety, soft tactile texture.

UV COATING

UV Coatings are clear liquid protective coatings that are cured instantly when exposed to UV lights.
It provides a very high gloss finish with hard, scuff and scratch resistant surface.
It is screen printed and can be over all flood coated or spot printed creating gloss/ matte, tone on tone look. Other popular UV coatings are the glitter, pearlescent and Raised UV coatings.
FILM LAMINATION

OPP and PET lamination films are high clarity, abrasion resistant Polypropylene and Polyester based films that improve the lifecycle and enhance the perceived value of the packaging.
The laminated surfaces are more durable and less prone to tears, paper cracks and staining, extending the product's shelf life.
It is important to highlight that the BOPP lamination films that we use are completely recyclable in traditional paper and recycling processes because the film can be easily separated from the paper and both materials can be recycled separately.

Made of 100% vegetable sources, Nativia films are biodegradable and industrially compostable. It is a new generation of bio-based biaxially oriented laminating film that will disintegrate in six months into CO2, water and a soil nutrient.
Because of it's bio-based content and the lower consumption of energy, it delivers a lower carbon footprint and additional end of life options compared to most oil based plastics (PP & PET).
Nativia films can also be mechanically and chemically recycled.
